DICKINSON COUNTY -- Dickinson County kicked off their holiday season with their annual two-day Christmas concert.

The concert tradition began 46 years ago and has been a hit within the community ever since. It started as a one-day event but was split into two days to accommodate all the eager residents wanting a seat at the show.

"People enjoy our program," said conductor John Calo. "It kicks off the holiday season for them. We do mostly sacred music and people like that, I think."

Event organizers say both nights typically sell out. For those viewers who still may want to go, Tuesday is your last chance. You may able to grab one of the remaining tickets for the second and final show on Tuesday night at Kingsford High School.

The show starts at 7 p.m. CT.
