Poll: Sugary Drink Ban

A judge says New York City's ban on big sugary drinks has loopholes that effectively defeat its purpose, so he's struck it down. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city will appeal the ruling, saying it is "clearly in error." The rule was supposed take effect tomorrow. It prohibits the sale of soda and other sugary beverages in containers bigger than 16 ounces at restaurants, sports stadiums, delis and movie theatres, but not at supermarkets or many convenience stores.

Tonight in the Daily Pulse: Do you agree with a judge's decision to strike down New York's ban on large sugary drinks? Yes or no? Why or why not?
