NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP -- The Michigan State Police investigated a rollover crash at 9:12 a.m. on US-41 Thursday morning.

According to police, a Ford Focus driven by 28-year-old Eugene Mahaffey left the roadway and rolled over. Mahaffey was taken to Marquette General Hospital to be treated for a non-life threatening injury.

The Michigan State Police believe the crash was caused when Mahaffey suffered a medical event which caused him to lose control of the vehicle.
