MUNISING -- Exactly one year after the incident the last of the four men involved in a home invasion has been sent to prison.

Ruben Rodriguez, 34, was the only one out of the four who pled not guilty. He went to trial in January and was found guilty by a jury on multiple charges of armed robbery and home invasion.

Rodriguez was sentenced to a minimum of 16 years to a maximum of 40 years. The defendant says he will file an appeal.
