MARQUETTE -- U.S. Navy and USOEC Greco Roman wrestling teams are preparing for an upcoming dual Tuesday night at the Vandament Arena. They've been training at the USOEC facilities for three weeks now.

The match is training for the Armed Forces Wrestling Championship.  A total of 12 wrestlers will be competing including six from the Navy team.

The competition will including matches in both Greco and Freestyle.

USOEC Coach Rob Herman said there's going to be some great wrestling.

"We got guys training up here for the Olympics, and it'll be some high caliber wrestling, and these are the best wrestlers the Navy has at this time, so it's going to be a good competition for both people," said Herman.

"It's going to be a challenge. The kids up here are real tough, but the Navy wrestlers are real tough, so I think it'll be a 50-50 split.  We'll see," said Navy Coach, Ale Delapena.

There will be at least 15 matches between the teams.  The competition starts Tuesday night at 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
