MARQUETTE -- An Ishpeming man, charged with operating and maintaining a meth lab, waived his preliminary hearing Friday morning in Marquette County District Court.  Todd Raymond Wentworth, 31, was wanted by police in January on a warrant and was considered armed and dangerous.

After a three day search, he was captured by police in Ishpeming.

Wentworth remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail. His bond is $100,000 cash. Wentworth is next scheduled for arraignment in Marquette County Circuit Court. No date has been set at this time.
