IRON MOUNTAIN -- A Norway man charged with accosting a child waived his arraignment in Dickinson County court on Thursday.

Thirty-one-year-old Nicholas Noyce is charged with one count each of criminal sexual conduct, accosting a child, aggravated indecent exposure, and distributing sexual material to a minor.

In court on Thursday, defense attorney Michael Scholke presented Noyce's plea as not guilty on all counts. Noyce is also a habitual offender, fourth offense, and his criminal sexual conduct count is a tier three offense.

He is scheduled to appear for a pretrial on March 18 at 1 p.m.
