MARQUETTE -- This Sunday, Marquette's most talented chefs will be cooking for a cause.

The 12th Annual Culinary Journey at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum in Marquette presents guests with an opportunity to taste an assortment of cuisines.

All the money raised at the event is donated to the museum. Tickets are $60 each or $110 a couple. Organizers say guests get more than they pay for.

They put out delicacies that you will absolutely savor. They'll have wine, champagne, we'll actually have some beer this year as well and we have music as well," said Nheena Weyer Ittner, director.

Some food will be prepared by hospitality students at NMU. The museum will be closed Sunday to prepare for the event, which is from 6 to 8 p.m.

Last year the Culinary Journey raised over $13,000 for the U.P. Children's Museum.
