MARINETTE -- A 22-year-old Marinette man is facing multiple assault and drug charges.

James Mileski has various battery-related charges, one of which involved a stabbing incident earlier this month.

The stabbing left the victim with serious injuries. Bail was set at $100,000.

If Mileski is convicted on all seven counts, he could face a maximum of 35 years in prison.

Authorities say a preliminary breath test on Mileski after his arrest showed him to be intoxicated.

The level was twice the legal limit for driving.
