MARQUETTE -- If you're looking to support the Green Bay Packers on their playoff ride, area retailers have you covered.
With the Packers' victory over the Minnesota Vikings last Saturday, sales of green and gold merchandise are on the rise.
Green Bay-based ShopKo prides themselves on having Packers gear for every occasion.
"ShopKo started in Green Bay, our corporate office is still in Green Bay. We actually have an atrium at Green Bay named after ShopKo, which is kind of exciting, so even though we're nationwide, we kind of consider the Packers our hometown team. So we carry a lot more merchandise than other retailers would," said ShopKo Merchandise Manager, Bill Chizek.
Some of the items that are harder to keep in stock include hats and sweatshirts. The Green Bay Packers continue their drive to the Super Bowl with a matchup against the San Francisco 49ers this Saturday night on FOX UP.
