DICKINSON COUNTY -- A 20-year-old Felch man charged with automobile theft waived his arraignment in Dickinson County court on Monday.

Dakota Fuller is charged with unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle, fourth offense. The charges stem from a stolen car in Marinette that many witnesses spotted the defendant driving.

The same vehicle was also spotted in Marquette County prior to an armed robbery at Fran's Service Station in Palmer. Fuller is also a suspect in that armed robbery.

The Felch man is set to appear in court on February 4.
