Man cited in Iron Mountain accident

IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain Police Department responded to a two car accident Friday afternoon. The accident occurred at 2:25 p.m. on US-2 and East Ludington.

A 52-year-old Norway man was heading north on US-2 and failed to stop at the red light. He then struck a 65-year-old Iron Mountain man heading eastbound on Ludington.

The Norway man was cited for disregarding a traffic signal.

No injuries were reported.

The Iron Mountain Police were assisted by the Iron Mountain Fire Department.
