IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Journal of Clinical Psychology at the University of Scranton published a study recently about New Year's resolution statistics.

The study found that 45 percent of Americans make resolutions, 17 percent make them infrequently, and 38 percent absolutely never make any resolutions. The study also says only eight percent of people are successful in achieving their goals.

"My New Year's resolution is to work out more and to eat less fast food," said Miranda of The Front Porch.

"And that's pretty much mine, too...go running more and eat less," added fellow employee, Marissa.

The top 10 New Year's resolutions for 2012 were losing weight, getting organized, saving money, enjoying life, staying fit, learning something new, quitting smoking, helping others, falling in love and spending more time with family.
