MARQUETTE -- The man authorities say was involved in locking down two Marquette County hospitals in October was in court Thursday on meth charges.

Twenty-four-year-old Charles Rogers was in Marquette District Court charged with operating a meth lab.  A plea agreement had been reached, with Rogers pleading guilty to possession of marijuana.  The other charges were dismissed.

This all started in October with a report of a possible exposure to a World War II nerve agent.  This caused a lockdown at Bell in Ishpeming and Marquette General Hospitals.

Investigation of the incident led police to a Marquette apartment where an active meth lab was discovered.
