NEGAUNEE -- One woman is in the hospital after a two car accident in Negaunee on Satuday.

The accident happened around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Croix Street and U.S. 41 near Teal Lake. After impact, the van veered into a light pole and knocked it down.

The woman in the van was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the silver car was reportedly uninjured.
