MARQUETTE -- The three Ishpeming residents arrested during a meth bust were arraigned in federal court on methamphetamine charges on Wednesday.

Forty-six-year-old Chad Warlin, 32-year-old Kelly Warlin, and 31-year-old Justin Saari all entered not guilty pleas at their hearing on Wednesday.

The three are charged with conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, or "possession with intent to distribute" methamphetamine. The charges stem from a bust by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team on Seventh Street in Ishpeming on the night of November 26.

Their next court date has not been set. They are all currently being detained.
