Pretrial set for Norway City Councilman

FOREST COUNTY -- On Wednesday, a pretrial was set in January for Norway City Councilman Mark Bubloni.

The 49 year old plead not guilty to three counts of felony second degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer.

The charges stem from a UTV, or utility terrain vehicle, accident that occurred over the summer, leaving four people injured.

Bubloni's pretrial is set for January 9 at 1:15 p.m. in Forest County Circuit Court.
