BIG BAY -- Christmas shoppers made their way to the Big Bay Community Presbyterian Church Saturday for the annual Christmas Bazaar. The bazaar is a long-running tradition at the church.

All items for sale were donated by members of the church and the community. There were baked goods and all kinds of holiday gifts and decorations. Even lunch was generously donated for the bazaar.

Money raised from the bazaar all goes back to the church to help with the heating bill for the winter.

"Our heating bill is high, as everybody's is up here, so we try to do the best we can and help so that it takes the burden off the church to have it to pay for it," said Gretchen Peacock, an organizer.

Several dozen people came through the church over the course of the afternoon.
