MARQUETTE -- A Two Rivers, Wisconsin man was sentenced in Marquette Friday in connection with an assault earlier this year.

Jordan Michael Gursky pled guilty to one count of obstructing an officer causing injury and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

In August, Gursky crashed a stolen car into a Negaunee police cruiser in an attempt to flee.

He was sentenced under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, so the terms of his sentence were not disclosed.
