MARQUETTE -- More than 100 people were at the Masonic Building in Marquette Sunday for a bridal show.

The show allowed people to see what 16 vendors from across Marquette County had to offer for their wedding plans.  There were DJs, photographers, dressmakers, chefs, and more.

The fashion show allowed people to see the dresses and tuxedoes first-hand, along with makeup and hair options from local stylists.

The bridal show is a new event organized by "Knots and Kisses," a new wedding planning and event decorating service in Marquette.

"For our first year, we had a great turnout. We're excited! All of the vendors are very happy with everything that has happened," said organizer, Sarah Balding.

The bridal show will become an annual event in Marquette during the fall season.
