IRON MOUNTAIN -- Thursday evening, women of Dickinson County flooded Pine Grove Country Club for the General Federation of Women Club's 3rd Annual Gal-A-Rama.
The yearly event is geared to raise money for charities and is used to help the less fortunate in the community. It was very well attended with product vendors and pampering stations for women to enjoy that were included in the ticket price, as well as a light supper.
"We're just excited that everyone's excited to come and wants to come. We feel very proud to be a part of GFWC Women's Club, and we're really happy to be a part of something that's so wonderful, knowing that the money that we raise is going to help the community," said event organizers.
The organizers went on to say that the evening's occasion was sold out with over 300 tickets purchased.
