SAWYER -- A driver involved in a hit-and-run in Sawyer Monday evening has been arrested.  State Police say a woman was hit by a car at Voodoo and Explorer near the Shoppette.

She was knocked to the ground and transported to Marquette General Hospital.  Her name and condition have not been released.

Police were able to locate and arrest the driver later Monday evening.  He's being held in the Marquette County Jail.  Police say more information will be released Tuesday.
