MARQUETTE -- Lakeshore Skin Care in Marquette is doing their part for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with its Passionately Pink event. They'll be offering microdermabrasions for a donation that will go to the Superior Health Foundation's breast health fund. The process improves the health of your skin and normally costs $50.

"It's something that everyone could come in and try out for the first time. If they've never had one done, this is a good time to try it out because everything that they donate will go right to this fund for breast cancer awareness month," said Rachel Griffin, Office Manager for Lakeshore Skin Care.

Passionately Pink will be going on from October 22-26. They ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment; their number is (906) 273-0512. Lakeshore Skin Care will also be holding an open house on Saturday, November 3. For more information on the events, click here.
