MARQUETTE -- Businesses looking for a historic space to rent can find one at Harlow Block in downtown Marquette.

Harlow Block served as the building that the founders of Marquette used to plan the city's businesses and residential areas.  It was built in the 1880s and has been maintained and renovated throughout the years. Among other things, it features hand painted safes that still function today.

"Basically it's a space that provides you a lot of today's modern features and technologies in a historical environment. Also its location--it's a good place to network with other businesses, expand your growing business," said property owner, Jim Clark.

The building has stayed in Clark's family since its original construction.  To find out if this space is right for your business, you can call Clark at (906) 226-7565.
