MARQUETTE -- A Michigamme man entered a guilty plea in court on Friday on charges connected to a traffic stop.

Twenty-nine-year-old Mathew David Querfeld was arrested in Ishpeming in August for driving under the influence of drugs. While searching his vehicle, police found components of a meth lab and what they suspected to be a small amount of Methamphetamine.

At his arraignment Friday morning in Marquette County Circuit Court, Querfeld pled guilty to one charge of possession of Methamphetamine. He has already pled guilty in separate cases to charges of assault and battery and possession of analogues.

The plea agreement for all of the charges recommends three to ten years in prison and a $15,000 fine.

Querfeld will be back in court for sentencing on October 19.
