NORWAY -- For one of the nine Diocesan Catholic schools in the U.P., Holy Spirit Catholic School in Norway, they've doubled their enrollment.

School staff say over 100 students are now enrolled at HSCS.  The school has doubled their enrollment over the past five years from approximately 45 students in 2007 to 102.

Father Timothy Ekaitis says he believes the growth has come from hard work from the staff and students.

"As much as I minister to them, they minister equally back to me and light my own heart on fire and give me a bolder passion for Jesus Christ," said Father Ekaitis of the school students and staff.

Holy Spirit Catholic School encourages more parents to consider enrolling their children and contacting the school.
