MARQUETTE -- The Ore Dock microbrewery in Marquette celebrated a grand opening Friday evening.

The microbrewery on Spring St. has had its first floor open since Memorial Day, but Friday celebrates the opening of its second floor. Up until now, the upstairs was being remodeled. They offered ten tap beers, all of which are their own recipes. Free food was available and a raffle through Sunday offers prizes. The celebration ended at midnight, and the microbrewery expected a few hundred visitors by the end of the night.

Their plans for the future include working out a deal with a distributor to sell their beer outside of the brewery.
