U.P. -- As people hit the roads this weekend, they'll notice most road construction projects have been halted. But there are some areas that still have lane restrictions over the Labor Day holiday, including US-41 between Marquette and Harvey, where there's only one lane open in each direction.

The Michigan Department of Transportation says other projects in the U.P. where closures will remain in place are: M-26 in Tamarack City, M-94 in Manistique, US-2 in Iron River, and US-2 and US-41 north of Gladstone.
