CRYSTAL FALLS -- Bobby Joe Nordstrom, 37, was in Iron County District Court Monday morning.  The Iron River man was arrested in July after deputies responded to a call of an armed man fighting with his family.  Authorities said he had fired two shots, but no one was injured.

Nordstrom is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of felonious assault, and possession of a firearm under the influence.  He was arraigned Monday and pled not guilty to all the charges.

His pre-trial is scheduled for September 10.
