PESHTIGO -- A 62-year old Munising woman was killed Friday afternoon in a two vehicle accident in Peshtigo, Wisconsin.  It happened just before 2 p.m. on US-41 near Flame Road.

The Marinette County Sheriff's Office says a northbound sedan rear ended a Chevy Blazer causing it to rollover into a ditch.  The Munising woman was ejected from the Blazer and died of internal injuries.

The driver, a 64-year old Munising man, is being treated for injuries at a Green Bay hospital.  The driver of the sedan, a 31-year old Peshtigo man, was not injured.

The names of those involved have not been released.  The accident remains under investigation.
