MARQUETTE -- The Negaunee man who was charged with vandalizing the Bayshore Veterinarian Hospital in Harvey plead guilty Tuesday.

Twenty-two-year old Thomas Richer called police on June 3 and told them he may have been involved in a breaking and entering at the veterinarian hospital.  When police arrived to arrest him, they say he was heavily intoxicated and had sustained injuries from the break-in.

Richer plead guilty to malicious destruction of property.  He could face up to one year in jail, and a sentencing date has not been set.
