LAURIUM -- The Laurium Village Fire Department responded to a garage fire at 320 Osceola Street on Tuesday afternoon.

Officials say the call came in around 2:30 p.m. and it took about 15 minutes to put out the fire.  No injuries were reported, but the garage is a complete loss.

Officials say embers from the fire caused damage to the two houses on each side of the garage, as well as another structure on Hecla Street.

Calumet Township and Calumet Village Fire Departments along with Mercy Ambulance, The Red Cross, and the Laurium Police Department were also on scene.
