CALUMET -- In Calumet on Sunday, members of community came out to Sacred Heart Church for the Lisa Holmstrom spaghetti benefit, and within a couple of hours, it was all gone.

Lisa was diagnosed with adrenal cancer in February and has had surgery in Ann Arbor. She is currently undergoing radiation. At the benefit, people got a chance to enter to win raffle prizes and purchase sweets from the bake sale. They say more than 300 people attended.

"To know that that many people care about her and care about our family and want to be there to support us is just amazing. It's unexplainable how it feels," said Molly Holmstrom, Lisa's daughter.

All the funds raised will go to help pay Holmstrom's medical bills.
