MARQUETTE -- Marquette men and women braved the runway at the Vera Bar for a good cause.

U.P. clothing stores, such as Vintage Kisses, Darling, and Che Bello, showcased their clothes.  All proceeds went to the Superior Watershed Partnership.

Models showed off the hottest trends, everything from swimsuits to sunglasses to flip flops, while the shops took the chance to display their summer lines.

"Everyone loves that we're here because we do have nice fashion forward pieces that are fun to wear and not very expensive. So, you know, you can come in and shop twice a week instead of just maybe a couple of times a month. So, it's just been really nice," said Che Bello owner, Yubi Ghiardi.

Before the fashion show, the bar hosted a wine tasting party where anyone could buy raffle tickets to win an assortment of prizes.
