MANISTIQUE TOWNSHIP -- One motorcyclist remains hospitalized after a crash involving two motorcycles on Wednesday.
The crash happened on US-2 when a motorcycle, driven by 54-year-old Margerite Webster of Kentucky, rear ended another motorcycle, according to the Michigan State Police.
Webster and the 65-year-old driver of the other motorcycle lost control and crashed. Webster was taken to Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital and later transferred to Marquette General Hospital where she continues to be treated. Police say the driver of the other motorcycle sought treatment at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital and was released.
Police said the drivers were not wearing helmets and that speed and alcohol were not factors.
