MICHIGAMME -- There's a new exhibit at Michigamme's Moonshine Art Gallery with all new paintings from local artist Thomas Cappuccio.
Warm colored paintings fill the walls, each with its own story to tell. It's an exhibit expressing nature, time and form. This sequence was inspired while on a train ride, his perception of a fading past, the vibrant presence of a family, and the unknown future of a guy.
"In the studio you can't really see it better; you can see the good as well as the things that can be improved. Overall I do like it, it gives me more ideas for experimentation," said Cappuccio.
If you haven't made your way down to Michigamme see it yourself, you still have time. The exhibit runs at the art gallery until July 7.
