MENOMINEE COUNTY -- The names of the men involved in a fatal crash on Sunday evening in Menominee County have been released.

The passenger that died in the crash was identified as Raymond Charles Gignac.  His brother, Gary Gignac, remains hospitalized in Green Bay.  His condition has been upgraded to stable.

Before midnight on Sunday evening, the vehicle the men were in was found in the ditch, on fire, according to police.  The cause of the crash is under investigation.  However, early indications show that they failed to negotiate the corner, left the road, and hit a tree.
