Lifeguards will not be on duty

MARQUETTE -- The City of Marquette beaches are closed Saturday until further notice due to weather conditions. Lifeguards will not be on duty.

The City Fire Department will issue a news release Sunday morning advising of either beach re-opening or continued closure. Beach status updates can also be accessed on the city's website.
