Armed robbery charges have been filed against a man accused of holding up Ma's Smoke Shop in Menominee

MENOMINEE -- Armed robbery charges have been filed against a man accused of holding up Ma's Smoke Shop in Menominee.

David LaLuzerne, 23, is charged with armed robbery and felony firearm. LaLuzerne allegedly walked into Ma's Smoke Shop last weekend, showed what appeared to be the handle of a hand gun and left with $2,000 worth of spice, or synthetic marijuana.

He remains in jail and will be arraigned on the charges Monday.
