MARQUETTE -- The Negaunee woman who embezzled thousands of dollars from Anthony's Automotive in Marquette will now have to pay a lot more money in damages.

Annette Cox had been sentenced to two years probation with the requirement that she pay at least $50 a month in restitution until she pays off $75,000.  But Thursday, after learning that Cox was receiving more income through social security for disability, Judge Thomas Solka raised her restitution to $350 a month.

Failure to pay will result in 30 days of jail time.  Steve Anthony, the victim of the embezzlement, said he's pleased with the outcome.
