The Veridea Group bought the building last year for $32 million

MARQUETTE -- It's been sitting idle for three years, but the old Sara Lee Bakery building is coming back to life.

Not as a bakery, but as office and residential space. The Veridea Group bought the building last year for $32 million. The group plans to make the changes in four phases. They start on the project this fall by creating office space. The Veridea Group is awaiting final approval on its plans.
