MARQUETTE -- A Marquette man facing charges in the Michigan's Lower Peninsula for using Facebook to entice a minor for immoral purposes has made a plea deal.
On Monday, Danny Lee Roll, 57, plead guilty to accosting a child for immoral purposes. In exchange, the other charges against him, including promoting sexually abusive child activity and using a computer to commit a crime, were dropped.
Roll allegedly used Facebook to entice a 14-year-old girl from Gaylord to send photos of herself, clothed or nude, so he could draw her. He was arrested in Marquette in late March, then taken to Gaylord, Michigan.
His sentencing is scheduled for June 4.
