ALGER COUNTY -- The four men accused in a Munising Township armed home invasion were back in court on Monday for yet another hearing.

Issac Cotto, Israel Velez, Ruben Joseph Rodriguez and George James Carmona are all charged with first degree home invasion.  As of Monday, none of the four accused have accepted plea deals.

Alger County Prosecutor Karen Bahrman says that's one reason behind the delay in the court proceedings.  The four face several charges stemming from an incident in February when they allegedly broke into a home and held the owner at gunpoint.

Bahrman wants to try both Carmona and Rodriquez together because they've confessed to the crimes.  Bahrman would then try Cotto and Velez together, avoiding four separate trials.

All the men are due back in Alger County Circuit Court June 4 for their final hearing before trial.
