IRON COUNTY -- The jury has found David Anthony Levack of Iron County guilty of the murder of 81-year-old Joyce Johnson.

Johnson was found dead on September 27, 2011.  She was supposed to testify that day in a larceny trial against Levack.

Levack was also found guilty on charges of home invasion and witness intimidation.

Family members of Joyce Johnson were tearful, happy, and hugging each other when the verdict was read.  The prosecuting attorney didn't comment regarding the verdict, but the defense attorney said that there was a lot of information for the jury to process.

The family says that Friday would have been Joyce's 82nd birthday.

Levack will be back in court on June 11 for his sentencing.
