FORSYTH TWP -- A domestic assault sent one to jail and another to a hospital Saturday.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. The Forsyth Township Police Department responded to a call on Koski Lane. When police arrived, they struggled with the 32-year-old suspect but were able to restrain him with help from a neighbor. One of the victims, a 70-year-old female, was taken to Marquette General Hospital for injuries. A second victim did not medical help.

Further charges in the case are pending.
