HOUGHTON -- Jeremy Nordstrom was in Houghton County District Court on Wednesday facing escape from jail and larceny charges.

Last month the 27-year-old walked away from work camp, and two weeks later he was taken into custody and sent back to jail.

While sitting in front of the judge, Nordstrom waived his preliminary hearing. After two individuals testified against him in regards to his larceny charges, Nordstrom was bound over to circuit court.
