MARQUETTE -- People in Marquette were given the opportunity to check out their wellness options at Saturday's Holistic Health Fair.
The event, in its 13th year, took place at the Upfront & Company. A variety of new health and wellness practitioners and vendors were present to give information and demonstrations on their products.
It all focused on making the right choices for your body.
"Our bodies will do the work if we allow them to do it. Give them good fuel, give them a lot of air, good water, motion, movement, and exercise and allowing your body to heal itself is the best thing," Cindy Engle of Natural Connections said.
Tarot readings were given to those interested. You could also get a foot massage that could relieve a headache, based on the thousands of nerve endings in the foot.
