KINGSFORD -- The Kingsford High School Pep Band has been invited to play the pregame music for the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks.  It's an opportunity for the young musicians to play in front of a big crowd in a huge arena.

They'll be shuttled down for the April 6 game against the Charlotte Bobcats.

"I was thinking, what could we do that's outside of normal events, and there aren't any normal events around for pep bands," said Band Director, Ben Sherk.  "And I got an email from one of the managers at the Bucks game asking if we wanted to do it, and I thought, what a great opportunity!"

After warm-ups, the band will be able to stick around to watch the rest of the game.
