Their busiest times are back-to-school, Christmas, and the summer months

ESCANABA -- The School Bell store in Escanaba has been around for 15 years, and their educational supplies and materials are not just for teachers.

The store also meets the needs of parents or grandparents who are looking for teaching materials. Their busiest times are back-to-school, Christmas, and the summer months. According to the store's marketing agent, customers get personalized attention, as well as the convenience of shopping locally.

"And if you're going to go to the big-bucks stores, you're not going to get the individual attention. We are retired teachers. We do have the background in education. We know the latest materials that are out there," said Marketing Agent Joyce Anderson.

The School Bell has a variety of teaching materials that are geared toward babies up to high schoolers.
