MARQUETTE -- A Marquette man pled guilty Friday on meth charges in Marquette Circuit Court.
Kevin Marshall Teehan, 49, was arrested back in January, along with William David Lambert, in connection to a drug bust. UPSET detectives and Marquette City Police observed the two men purchase meth ingredients at several stores. Teehan admitted his guilt to possessing the drug.
"I was contacted by a friend of mine, and I had some methamphetamine at the trailer I was residing at, and I offered to give him some. That's basically what it is, I offered to give him some so here I am," said Teehan.
As a part of his guilty plea, Teehan agreed to testify against Lambert if Lambert's case goes to trial. Teehan, who has three prior felony convictions, will be back in court for sentencing on April 5.
